Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information provided by clients will be treated with strict confidentiality.
We will not share personal or financial data without the client’s prior consent, unless required by law or relevant authorities for audit purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information to ensure the proper delivery of services. Meet established deadlines for submitting necessary documents. Inform us of any relevant changes in their tax or business situation.

Payment and Billing
Service billing is issued after the initial interview, and payments must be made according to previously agreed rates and within the stipulated deadlines. Payments are accepted in cash, bank transfer, and other previously agreed methods.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified at least 1 month in advance.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already begun or been completed, except in exceptional cases at the company’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability
WM Tax & Multiservices is not responsible for errors or penalties resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
